These terms of service ("Terms") govern your use of VaultBot and the EEHM Vault application, operated by Energy Efficient Homes Midwest, Inc. ("EEHM," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

VaultBot

VaultBot is a Google Chat app that answers questions about the EEHM Vault codebase using a retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipeline. VaultBot is provided as a convenience tool and its responses are generated by AI.

EEHM Vault

EEHM Vault is a web application for managing reference data related to energy ratings, builders, and rating companies.

Acceptable Use

You agree to:

Use VaultBot and EEHM Vault only for their intended purposes
Not attempt to misuse, disrupt, or interfere with the services
Not use the services to transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
Not attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or other security measures

Disclaimer of Warranties

VaultBot's responses are AI-generated and may not always be accurate or complete. VaultBot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. You should verify important information independently.

EEHM Vault data is maintained on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EEHM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of VaultBot or EEHM Vault.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law principles.
