Need help with VaultBot or EEHM Vault? Here's how to get support.

VaultBot (Google Chat App)

Getting Started

VaultBot answers questions about the EEHM Vault codebase. You can interact with it in Google Chat by:

  • Sending a direct message to VaultBot
  • Adding VaultBot to a Google Chat space and mentioning it

Available Commands

  • /ask — Ask a question about the codebase
  • /feature — Propose a new feature through a guided interview
  • /help — Show available commands

You can also just type a question directly without a command.

Troubleshooting

  • VaultBot isn't responding — The service may be temporarily unavailable. Wait a few minutes and try again.
  • Rate limit message — You're sending too many messages. Wait a moment before trying again.
  • Inaccurate answers — VaultBot uses AI to generate responses. If an answer seems wrong, verify it against the source code or ask a team member.
